Who are NPTC?
NPTC Group of Colleges has a proud history of delivering quality education for more than 170 years since its first college was established in 1843. What have we been working on?
EngageCRM UK has been working with the Business Development Unit to deliver a dynamic CRM system for the team to centralise multiple data streams incoming Calls, Tasks, Proposals and Course Management.
The Business Development Unit is responsible for all incoming Calls into NPTC and they needed a simple to use system that would allow users to quickly log calls, set Tasks for staff in multiple departments.
