Who are Community First?
Community First is a registered charity (288117) based in Devizes. Supporting rural communities across Wiltshire and Swindon through advisory services for Village Halls and Local Councils. Community First create and manage projects to support people and places including community transport schemes, community led housing, community organising and volunteering services.
What have we been doing?
We have been working with Community First since 2021 to deliver a bespoke CRM system to centralise their Parish Council and Village Hall data, to process and generate full bespoke insurance quotes/contracts.
The CRM has 2 bespoke modules that allow users to walk through the full insurance quote and generate all of the required paperwork.
Admin users have the flexibility to update insurance rates and calculations.
